The Muscle Shop is an independently owned and operated business dedicated to the total wellbeing and development of the human body, your body. We are not a chain nor a large corporation. Though the muscular system is highlighted the other systems of the body are also helped, developed and maintained. The body's systems are very connected andlooking at the body as a whole will help the entire body to benefit and thrive, that’s what we do. The Muscle Shop is set up to help you get and stay healthier, thus preventing much of the costlier “fix’s”. Let us keep you up and running. Of course mainly the reason is to improve how you feel and the quality of your life.

Valdamar - Owner
Massage therapist, fitness trainer, nutritional specialist and yoga instructor. Studied massage at the U.S Career Institute in Fort Collins, CO where he also recieved certification in Fitness Training and as a Nutritional Specialist. Also has attended Pikes Peak Community College studying Fire Science Technology and has recieved certification as an Emergency Medical Technician. Registered with the NREMT. Has worked teaching fitness and yoga classes in La Veta, Monument, Denver and Colorado Springs. Currently is a Massage Therapy Instructor with Everest College. May 2010 Colorado Springs massage office opens 7 days a week
