and operated business dedicated to the total wellbeing and development of the human body, your body. Though the muscular system is highlighted the other systems of the body are also helped, developed and maintained. The body's systems are very connected, looking at the body as a whole will help the entire body to benefit and thrive, that’s what we do. Why? Health care, insurance, medication and the whole lot are very expensive! The Muscle Shop is set up to help you get and stay healthier, thus preventing much of the costlier “fix’s”. No need to “fix” what isn’t broken, so let us keep you up and running. Of course mainly the reason is to improve how you feel and the quality of your life. The Massage Therapist and Fitness Trainer


Owner, Operator, Massage Therapist, Fitness Trainer and Nutritional Specialist. So Far it’s just me! And yes my real legal name is Valdamar, though I do go by other names as well. Born in 1978 and raised in Denver Colorado, lived in New York City for 6 years and am now back in Colorado. I am certified as a Massage Therapist and am registered as such with the state of Colorado. I am also a member or the Association of Bodywork and Massage Professionals. I also have been certified as a Fitness Trainer and Nutritional Specialist, as well as a Aerobics, Pilates and Yoga Instructor. And I have First Aid and CPR training for the professional rescuer and the appropriate certifications from the American Red Cross. I hope to continue my education and grow in these field. I look forward to working with you!
